On3p Jeronimo's vs Rossi s3

Hey I was wondering if anyone has tried both of these skis and what are the differences between the two? I ski mainly park, and was just looking for somehting a bit fatter and more playfull then regular camber park skis. I weigh 150 pounds and am 6' tall. What sizes should i take into consideration when looking at these skis?

Also, how would the Alpha 1's or K2 Domains compare?

sorry for yet another one of these threads...

i haven't rode the jeronimos(though i'd assumethey're a great ski) but I demoed a pair of s3s and they were amazing on hardpack, and in the woods in about a foot deep of snow.

Both of those skis would be great options, not so much the Alpha or Domain. Look at 180 cm + for size.

i found myself asking the same question about 3 weeks ago and htis is the answer i came up with. not only is the j'mo a fatter ski, bigger (slightly) rocker, made from bamboo (= tons of pop and cushion) but the are also cheaper and from what i've heard a higher quality than anything but a rossi pro model.

go with j-mo

not so sure about the jeronimos but the s3 is a great ski, really fun all over the mountain, and from what ive heard the domain is a solid park ski to

I am glad you really took the time to answer his question. He asked what the differences between them were; not what ski you would get with no explanation.

The ON3P Jeronimo is less 'directional' then the s3. If you look at the rocker profile of the Jeronimo, you will notice that it has an equal amount of rocker in the both the tip and the tail. The s3 on the other hand has significantly more rocker in the tip then in the tail. The tail rocker of the s3 does not really present itself until the ski is really weighted. The sidecut of the jeronimo is also more bi-directional with a -3cm mounting point and only 6mm of difference between the tip and tail. The s3 has a greater diference between the tip and tail (10mm) as well as a further back mounting point.

The s3 is considerably softer. The Jeronimo has a medium flex, with a lot of pop. The the S3 is softer and more 'buttery'

As for durability, both ON3P and rossignol have shown that they make very durable skis.
