Jeff is gonna be damper, poppier, and maybe a little chargier, stable, and smooth. I've owned the PBJ and regular Wildcat, and the Jeff in 108, so that's what I am going off of. I feel like the Jeff 102 could be an insanely good ski. Planning on getting those next if I can possibly justify it to myself.
Neither is better. They're pretty different feeling brand's, though. I really like the way ON3P's feel. A lot. But I always reach for my Deathwish's.

Was looking at the 174cm wildcats and was deciding on the 171 or 176s for the Jeffery’s

Moment measures the base material while laying flat, while ON3P measures tip to tail after the ski is pressed. The Jeffrey 171 will be incredibly similar in length to the Wildcat 174, while the Jeffrey 176 will be closer to the Wildcat 179.
