I'm 5'10 and 130 lbs and still growing, I want new skis and its between the Filthy Riches and Da'Nollies for me, I ski about 50% park 50% all mountain like just messing around on groomers and shit, but I want to start getting more into park specifically rails and i cannot decide which skis... please help +k for help!!!

I'm planning to be skiing about 80% park this year though, and do you guys know anything about alpha 1s?

its a pretty dead ski, good for park, sucks everywhere else IMO, it turns ok but i say "dead" cuz it just wasnt a lively ski, im going to get the on3p JMO this year and i ski probably 80% park

They are one of the most copied ski designs in the past 3 years, amazing park ski, rockets really fast all mountain and are extremely maneuverable. Super unique and fun ski to ride.

Not dead in the slightest like the comment above mine mentioned.

well first of all its not rocker, its early rise, they are fun in the park no doubt, but all over the mountain just didnt do it for me

"The Alpha 1’s five dimensional EST Park Rocker ensures no hang-ups while its profile and construction provide a tight turning radius and low swing weight. Patented."

hmmm weird

so you guys are trying to debunk my opinion based on some facts about the skis? i dont think so, ill say it one more time, i liked them in the park, the swing weight was low, with my FKS 14's the skis at 182 were by no means light, they were good on the rails, i found the ski has little pop, just not too snappy which is why i said it felt dead to me, and all over the mountain they just wernt too fun

Rocker=early rise=reverse camber. Full reverse camber=full rocker. Terms are very interchangeable.

Pick up those Da'Nollies, you will not be disapointed! Most durable ski on the market and super versatile for skiing the whole mountain and just in case anything happens Icelantic offers a 2 year warranty so that helps.

I would go for 180 length.

I would hope OP has bought skis by now. Nice 6 month bump.

I think this is more like a 19 month bump. Glad to see everyone's reading skills on full display.
