Old snowboard movie with a killer soundtrack

hey does anyone know what the snowboard movie was a few years ago that had a kick ass soundtrack but got in trouble for copy rights?

 
^it had Roman de Marchi in it and he had a radiohead song?

I saw the video at camp and it the coolest song track it was all like mainstream music, and then i bought it and half the songs had been changed.

 
most snowboard movies have killer soundtracks. Robot Food got in trouble for copyrights in LAME with The Cure (see travis parkers list of things that are lame on the cover).

It was the Absinthe Film 'Transendence', it came the year before 'Vivid'. They used 'Hear comes the sun' by the bEATLES in JP Solberg's part. BIG BIG BIG BIG NO NO NO. They had to pull the song before it went into full production. I believe a just few hundred were made with the original song and ended up being an 'industry version' that wasn't for sale.
