Homie picked these up at the Re-use-It for $37 with Attack 16s for me. Near perfect condition for a ski that's 13 years old. I remember K2 being indestructible in those years so bet these will last.

Whats the oldest ski you guys have run?
 
I believe those are “big mountain” skis, what’s the rec mount point?

The old k2 cap construction is the most ballin shit in the planet. Six of us learned park on the same pair of silencers
 
I ran 2009 invaders from 2016-2018 season. Damp ski and narrow width wish i could get my hands on another pair

I bet those will last a bit. Honestly probably more durable than 80-90% of the skis on the market nowadays.

My roommate has a pair of 2011 Obsetheds, and they held up fairly well for a bit. They might need some tip/tail relam with some flexible epoxy like gflex if you beat them hard. If say that’s the biggest worry on those.

Kind of makes me wonder though about the threshold of how old equipment is before iit’s bound to fail. I saw a dude load the lift a couple years back in some old rear entry boots and saw them explode from getting caught under the chair a bit. I bet it’s around that 15-20 year mark on something really well made and lightly used.
 
Oh also, depending how old those attacks are, it might be worth picking up some white lithium grease to grease them up.

Today I picked up the line blends with pivot 12's for 40 bucks

I think these are from 2013 or so. Also spent 5 bucks on them. Gonna mount them up soon
