Old man hit by a car and no one helps

I've gotta say Hartford drivers are pretty bad, and i can't say I'm too surprised at peoples' lack of response.... all we do is rush around from point a to point b, blind to the transit between.
 
i've heard of occurrences like this, and it disgusts me. if i were there i would be out there doing all i can to help him immediately.

the thing is that if you drove by and you saw people looking at him and circling him on a scooter, you would probably assume that someone has already called for help.
 
that guy fucking got paralyzed and you just see all these motherfucking douchebags sitting with there thumbs up there asses starring at this guy like "get up man wft are you laying in the street for after you just got fucking nailed by a car?" i mean come on i hope all those people fucking burn in hell
 
the guy was 78! how could you leave a poor old man basically dying in the road? no one even called the police! they just happened to be in the area? mankind needs help.
 
i actually cant believe that no one stopped to help him, or even considered to help. that just plain wrong
 
I see a bad car crash everyday here, car crash is the biggest cause of death inside the UAE with about 1,050 deaths in 2007. The second highest cause of death is drowning with only 15 people killed. Dubai Crash-

That's what you get for jaywalking. I would be pissed if some old man wandered out into the street and fucked up my ride. You gotta stop so you know who to sue for damages.
 
That's scary stuff man. I'll never forget this night bout 3 years back, woulda been 11. Driving to a basketball game on kinda country road at bout 8 at night, came up on the most horrendous one car crash scene I could ever imagine. Some asian girl had obviously been going way too fast, there were bits of her car scattered for about 400 feet no jokes. The biggest piece left was the rear bumper. And she was lying on the road, mashed to pieces, blood everywhere. Scared the crap outa me man. We drove through just as the ambulance was arriving. Wish it hada been a few minutes later to clear it up. My friend was also really traumatized by it.
 
i think they were racing around with that other car, went to pass the slow car on the left, and ended up taking the guy out... once that happened he was like fuck this and booked.
 
yeah that happened here. It was all over the local news. People just stood there. The guy got crushed. People just stood there, i dont know about you but in those situations is where your true self is brought out. Those people are bad, they didnt do anything because they were pussies.
 
so fucked up, not sure i really understand, didn't know people were capable of that mentality... Can't imagine at least not calling the cops
 
last time i checked LA was not east of the rockies.

there's two kinds of people I can't stand in this world. people who are intolerant of other people's cultures, and people east of the rockies with their funny accents and holier-than-thou attitudes.
 
i meant that LA is west of the rockies and is probably home to the most jackasses in the u.s, yet you dont hate on LA, instead you hate on states east of the rockies? thats just wicked dumb. what are you even basing your opinion on?

this happened in the town right next to mine and its really fucked up. but everyone thinks NOBODY did anything which is in fact wrong, there were 5 911 calls within a minute of the crash. it is still horrible that nobody even goes up to him and checks if he is ok and its wrong imagine if that was your dad or mom or brother.... a cop responded was at the scene within a minute also but that was only because he was on the way to another disturbance call and he saw it and called for backup. i just have to say do what you can if you witness something like that happen how would u feel if it was a family member of yours
 
911 is gay its retarded. one time there was a house fire down the street from me, so my dad notices it while were driving away and calls 911 on his blackberry which he gets through his work which is near toronto. so anyways he call 911, a girl picks up, asks where he is, he tells her, she says "sorry thats not in our jurisdiction" and hangs up. doesnt forward the call or anything. retarded.

Canada has 911!?!?

sorry, but things are different in the u.s. my friend got in an accident on the way home from vermont and the closest station was 30 miles away, but someone called 911 and they were their in within half hour.
