I used to own it before it was stolen. Awesome, awesome lens. Only complaint I had was the infinity hard stop wasn't calibrated right, but other than that, worked super well.

Here's 2 shots I've taken with it on full frame.

and here's one on a crop body (where it works like a distorted 28mm f3.5)

I think that it is k-mount with a k-mount to eos adapter on it currently and none of the adapters have glass in them so I think you could even go eos to m4/3 if you wanted to
