Old camcorders with that skateboard style filming

Ttile says what im looking for. Something like a vx1000 but not the price of a vx1000. What are some names of some i should look at?

I got a GL2 for $125 off of my local classifieds + a fisheye for like $75 more. I would recommend it. Just make sure your computer has a firewire port, or get yourself an adapter for USB as it records on tape. Good luck on your analog adventures, OP!

pretty sure i just saw someone selling their gl1 setup on here for cheap. basically the same camera. same bayo mounts so you can get that century optics mkii. don't cheap out on the fisheye though or it'll look like youre shooting with a damn handycam or something

I got a GL2 with a fisheye. I like it a lot - would recommend. Also it has a LCD which a VX1000 does not.
