Just skied Okemo today parks were not on, really hope they can get something together soon, conditions were shit so that didn't help. #icecoast
 
okemo's been gettin put on blast in the comments section on insta too...well worth the time to check out and will

definitely get a laugh out

last season vail got ride of their super pipe too which I mean it’s a super pipe I kinda see why lots of work and not a lot of skiing or boarders in it but their still fun and was still kinda a big part of their park

Damn the pipe and the park next to it used to be fun to lap.

Pipes are dying. Actually the few resorts that still build them its kind of picking up because now it's a real bonus for them. RIP pipes

I remember back when my mtn holidayvalley had one that little 14ish foot ditch with dirt always showing at the bottom was so fun as a little grom. To bad they also got ride of the 3 pack with a 40ft step down then 25ft tables. 2 years ago Kissingbridge a tiny little hill like 15 minutes from my house tried building a mini pipe which they were gonna use a pipe cutter on so it had some vert. To bad the rain made it an 8ft swerve ditch. Still super fun and brought tons of vibes and had the whole park skier/border community around buffalo in one spot for a day

better than bromont in canada. we dont even have a park this year
 
spoke to a park crew guy last week and apparently Okemo GM / Vail considered axing the parks altogether this year. There are a few rails up around what is typically the halfpipe, but it's pretty pathetic. Definitely sad the fall from grace they've had.

Wholly shart that Gatorade free flow tour doghouse sent me back in time. My mtn still has ours from the early 2010s mind you there lime green but still cool to have some pretty big Dog houses and Dog house cannons.
 
Ahh throwback to the park on Nor'easter. I remember when they had a park on the south face too.

Such a massive park - and I think the SouthFace one was on Blind Faith. Too bad I was younger and sucked at park back then...

They were gas until like 2016, grew up skiing there and they always had their shit together. Now I ski killington and more and more glad I made the move every year

Nor'easter was legit one of the best parks ever! I really liked when they had moguls on the steep face at the top too, you could rip some slush bumps straight into like 25 hits. filmed a bunch of edits there cause you could absolutely STACK shots in like 5 runs, lotta good memories at okemo
 
my first season ripping okemo the past few weeks..what's the deal with the park scene? Literally just full of gapers
