So heres the deal, I sold "skidemon22" a pair of troublemakers, and p18's for 235shipped.As I was boxing up the bindings I realized that ONE LEG on one of the brakes was broken (so one side was there) not a big deal I sold them for 100$ (msrp 400) BUT I threw in an extra brake incase he wanted to change them out. NOW he recieved the skis and bindings, and says the PO broke a toe peice (wich was fine when I sent them) SOOOOO I said I would be more than willing to replace the toe peice and have since been trying to get ahold of one. Only problem is is that this kid took apart the heel peice and tried to fix the brake but is aparently retarded and can't put humpty dumpty back together again. SO he is saying Im shady for not telling him about the brakes wich I didnt notice till I had alrteady sold them, AND included the replacement parts. and want to send me back the heelpeice so I can put it back together (not my problem) SO before some i hate MALONE or MALONE fucked me thread pops up I thought Id telll y'all whats up.

Im still looking for a toe peice.
 
i say youre fine. 100 bucks is a fuckin steal. and if his dumbass didnt fuck with the bindings. the only thing wrong would be the toe piece. which you said you would fix. this kids an idiot.
 
Noit to mention the fact that I waited almost a month for the money, while telling people with cash in hand the stuff was sold.

The only reason im saying that this was shady is cause u didnt tell me that it was broken BEFORE u shipped. like i said in the messages i sent u, if u had told me this it wouldnt of have been such a big deal. and im not fucking retarded for not being able to pu it back to gether. perhaps i dont have the expierience, so maybe it wasnt a good idea to take it apart, but i wanted shit that works. but i just dont want to be skiing with half a break (regardless of u saying that it will still work fine.

also, when i got the package the box was completly FUBAR! there hardly any tape and there was no padding or packing peanuts. so maybe this was y the tow piece broke. i dont know! but it could of have been due to the poor packing like i told you. i have no reason to lie about this.

as far as not having the weeks for a month (tho that is exagereted), i was shipping my boots to another skier and i had to wait on his check to clear. plus i had to get my parents to be chill. but i still got the money to u. and from the way i saw it, it took a while for my shit to get here.

i offered to pay shiping back to u and from u because u said it was sooo easy to put it back together. like i said, i dont have ski shop expierience.

and i want going to make threads about how your shady or not legit, but i was going to explain what happened in this transaction.

i just wanted shit that was togetther and i could ski on, cause last time i had twins they got jacked. and this was the first time i had the $$ to get another pair and i hear that u were legit and i wanted to give a fellow NSer buisness, so excuse me for wanting some heads up if the stuff is faulty. im sorry i was whiney. but i r just wanted good stuff.

regardless of who is right and who is wrong, malone gets some credit here for noticing his very small mistake before the kid even complained, regardless of what happened. im not taking sides.

but either way MALONE stays on the good list for me, as well as most people.
 
Do you think i have "skis shop experience" I have common sence... when you take something apart...... you PAY ATTENTION so you know how to put it back together. I spent about 40$ shipping your shit that "took to long" I wasn't about to spend more, and when you buy $300 bindings for $100, the dont come in a factory box, AND chances are there not pefect, and also if mommy and daddy need to approve... well thats just gay.Like I said when you FIRST got the stuff I'll get you a toe peice... This thread wasn't to make anyone look bad just to deffend myself since you where calling me a "total ass" and shady and such.......

Im going to be honest Im pissed. Im pissed that the PO broke your toe peice for one, but im so much more pissed that your making this crazy request for me to put the binding together, that YOU took apart. Just like you "I call em like i see" and what I see is a kid who aparantly got in over his head with a 10 peice jigsaw puzzle whos trying to put his burden on me, I did my part by putting the extra brake in there, and as much as you hate to admit it, its wack that your parents need to aprove your money spending, maybe they have doubts in your common sense? Either way Like I said I'll get you a new toe peice (wheres the picture)

from the stuff ive heard about MALONE, i dont tink he would sell the bindings looking like that, and if he is fixing the problem, what the hell is the problem??
 
So you know that most shops will not mount that binding if that din indicator is broken, too much liability. Good luck with that.

oh, whatever. my brother has been working on these bindings for 4 or 5 hours and the spring won't go in. thats a long time. plus theres little u can do right now because u r in california. thanks for trying MALONE.

this is pretty amusing, I must say.

I have little experience with skidemon, personally. I have, however, purchased two sets of bindings and some skis from MALONE, all of which were in the condition stated.

Let's not forget that this kid snagged p18s AND TMs for $235. Gracious.

I must say I am with MALONE on this one. Good luck getting everything resolved.
 
not from my point of veiw, this isnt funny.

he did NOT state the condition that these were in. if he had, this wouldnt be an issue. he couldve told me before they got to my house so i dinnt have a nasty surprise waiting for me.

and if any wants either of theses things, ill be happy to sell them for 235. just want this shit to be over.
 
there isnt any problem if he sent an extra brake with the skis and is saying that he will replace the toe piece. you shouldnt try to fix shit if you have no idea what you are doing
 
235 is a steal and he is offering to get you a new toe piece, all you have to do is put a brake on the bindings and you could just get your shop to do that hwen you get your bindings mounted...you have no problem at all

I don't see the problem. Malone gave you a free brake to replace the busted one. Any shop would put that in for free. If you aren't confident enough in replacing a simple brake, I don't think you should have taken it apart in the first place. He is also offering to give you a replacement brake free of charge. What exactly is the problem? Sounds like you're getting treated very well to me.

I have dealt with MALONE in the past and things have gone flawless.

If he didn't want to spend the time to put it back together he either  should not have taken it apart, or thought his was through things so he could put it back together.

MALONE is probably one of the best sellers that NS has, so get off it. He will fix the problem that was his, and has no responsibility to fix the problems that you brother made for himself.

P.S. it's really nice when you spend the time in school to learn how to spell and use grammer.
 
next he is going to ask MALONE to pay to have a shop helacoil his skis because he did a crappy job of unscrewing the bindings, stipped it, and they won't stay in.
 
if theres a problem with your brakes why don't you take them to a fucking shop instaed of working on them for 4-5 hours like your sister stated.
 
The only problem is that i dindt know about this until i saw the bindings myself. everyone seems to be against me and no wants to help me. i didnt make any threads about him being shady and didnt want to.
 
i got the brake in, its the spring thats giving me trouble.

but everyone is gonna hate me and not listen so yea, i don t know what to say. i already apologized to MALONE but he just said "whatever".

after a year and a half of religous respect for newschoolers.com, it sucks to see that that i cant even make a stand without being called a whiney bitch.
