Leigh, I may not know you, but I have to say that's probably the best post I've ever read on here. It's not everyday that someone in a higher position takes time to recognize and speak to the base of which they are built up upon and tell them a message that they can relate to and feel a connection with. Hearing that we, the community at large, play a part in a larger effort and affect you as an individual is one of the greatest things to hear, and drives us to become enthusiastic about what we do.
