Ok, making a new box, need advice on top

Now, dont go harping HDPE or whatever, im not an idiot i know whats up. But i got this awesome idea which has been done before to use 3-5 pvc pipes on top of wood. Now i know there is sheet pvc out there, which im guessing is mad cheep too. So i need some link hook ups, stories, anything u can give to me that is the best and cheapest. And dont tell me to go look through all of the threads, fuck that.

are the 1/16", .080" and the .040" inch pieces durable??? If they are then i'm set. Two 8ft sections that are a foot wide for like 35 bucks (.080")

don't they use pvc sheeting on most boxes in your average terrain park? if they do then i would imagine that it's pretty durable

yes its durable, a make sure the screws are counter sunk and B make sure the PVC sheet ahs no air under it, it will snap under 32 degrees if there is trust me it hurts.

Works well with curved rails like rainbow or cbox except make sure you dont bent a single piece too much or it will snap so cut them into segment and make sure they are clean sanded cuts that are flush to each other.if the gaps too bi you can put spacers under the piece you hit first so that you drop a centimeter onto the next just to make sure you wont catch

Yeah sick sounds good. Im planning on making 3 8ft long, 1ft wide, and 1ft tall sections, then using pallets to make different kinks and such, should be sick.
