So today is st patricks day so why not have a thread? Post your stories, pictures, music, videos, or anything else you see fit.

i myself am in the pub right now with a pint of Guinness and watching the rugby.

it's days like today where i wish i still lived in halifax. place is going to be nuts. keith's birthday and paddy's day in halifax, the city is just a giant drunken party.

i'm probably just going to be drinking a bunch of beer with some buddy's here in ottawa and then hittin an irish pub.

haha i was going to post sally maclenanne in the OP, but i was on mobile.

just got back to my dorm for a break from the bar, and discovered all i have to drink is beer. i can live with this!
 
just waiting for the liquor store to open than it's off to the hill.

There's an airbag set up in the park for the day.

Blizzard, Armada, Line, and others doing demos.

There's a really fun competition called the "Cliff Dive" today which involves straight lining moguls into some gates with free beer and pizza and sweet prizes.

Slackcountry is also full of pow right now so an afternoon tour to some chutes, cliffs, and pillows.

Lastly, there's a deck party at the lodge with dj's, beer, and good times all afternoon.

Gonna be a good day.

Started with some Bailey's in my coffee, corned beef sandwich for lunch, watching 'cuse, then smoking some cigars, and off to a pub for more corned beef and beer.
 
sounds like everyone's having a sick day! and long may it continue. i will be heading back to the bar soon, and the drinking will not stop from there on in! i think there is an illegal rave somewhere later too which could be an epic end to an epic day
 
About to head out on a date to go surf with this really awesome girl. Then go out to dinner, then go get schwasted. Not as exciting as last years st patty's day but this one will be just great as well. HAVE FUN EVERYONE, but be safe.

it is so, so much more than that.

mine so far: wake up, go buy some beers. go to work. work. leave. supposed to pickup drunk gf. no idea what's going on, keeps changing the plan, come get me, no don't, wait come get me. make it half way to her house (half hour drive) finally, plan changes yet again. turn around, head home. "wait, come get me." fuck that. pounding beers, browsing ns, heading down town. paddy's looking up and up and up.
 
My dad owns an Irish pub and every st. Patrick's day he hires a midget to dress up like a leprechaun and hangout in front of the bar it's great, I'll try to find a picture
 
got a little carried away for st. patty's eve... spent all of today in bed... in that horrible day after mode where i never want to see another alcoholic beverage ever again
 
laughing at the fact that i'm french, yet probably know more about irish history/culture and have met more real irishman than most celebrating in the states.

joking aside, enjoy the holiday nonetheless! I personally don't much care for using a holiday as an excuse to drink, but more power to ya if its the extra boost you need.
