Official NS - VW vs Subaru vs Mitsubishi - which are you?

Ok so this was suggested in other threads about cars n shit....

Im think Subaru will win this given the age/demographic of NS - but personally, i just wouldn't buy an impreza... I would have a Mitsubishi lancer over an impreza anyday - however, because im getting older - my car is just a nicer place to be, better build quality, so - i'm VW all the way.... but let's post em up (you're own car's preferably!)

i'll start - my 08 R32 .... (and inb4 "MKiv was better...." )

around here, a lot of people drive subies and should be driving them, but VW's are only driven by bro's who think they are the shit.

I'm a Subaru Impreza wagon guy myself, fuck I love that car. Throw some racks on that bad boy with a manual transmission and you got yourself the best ski car evar.

i've also had a 1984 vw rabbit but i had to sell it.. rabbit was cooler but it was real shit in the snow.. and living in whistler kind of demands a snow car....

A friend of mine has this exact car and it's cool, but I just prefer the build quality of my car. The cheapness of interior and build in a new WRx STi is somewhat dissapointing... however, it's fun as fuck to drive because it feels very light compared to my R32.
 
VW's are not reliable when compared my subaru. and i'll put the all black interior of my manual transmission outback up against your vw anyday. i'll even put it up against an audi. Also, i got my car brand new for $14.5K. Cash for clunkers FTW!
 
it may look like shit, but it kills it in the snow and 5 years of ownership, heaps of kilometers and still no major maintenance. anything that happened i was able to fix myself but all its really been is a clutch cable getting effed. it'll probably outlast heaps of the new cars out there.
 
I'm only going to so with VW because I drive a 2004 B6 Audi A4

the car is unstoppable. I cannot loose traction even if i try.... its also quick and zippy and sexy looking

right now its got 103k miles, and its still going strong

we also have a 2004 BMW 325xi wagon, the car is nice but i feel like BMWs are to harsh feeling and to robotic, plus its automatic which just blows

and then we have a brand new, 2011 subby outback. back great, but it is definitely no audi or bmw....
 
like your style... and yes, VW owns Audi.... so the Chassis's are all the same...

It's all about the build quality....

BMW's are notorius for become a pain in the tit's and expensive to maintain once you get over 60k miles.....
 
right. I mean this bMW happens to have low miles and I will admit, its a beautiful car and drives great

but there is just something so real about my audi, i mean it being stick helps, but i just thoroughly enjoy driving it every day

I needa get a nice camera to take some quality pics of it.

I drive a 98 volvo v70 cross country, awd, 2.4 liter v6 w/turbo. Seats 7 and has full leather interior with heated seats.

id probobly go with an evoX or 8 but STIs are almost just as good and they have been compared forever and almost always come out the same
