shit, i've been here for about 4.5 years already...and have been browsing for at least 6.

the race to 20,000 posts was hilarious, just simply as being one of the most anti-climactic moments in ns history. Everything went nuts before/during, then as soon as they got there, it seemed like everyone involved was banned.

And of course when they actually hit chad's gap, essentially launching the greatest claim in NS history.

Oh! and not too long ago, but when we finally hit 100,000 members. Just because every member between about 98,000 and 100,000 was an alias as everyone was trying to get member number 100,000.

nantucket, lil_g, nsspellchecker, and various others were just fantastic.
 
I remember when the site wasn't plastered with ads and too much information on the homepage. But that was like 6 years ago.
 
remember that emo kid..................he had some gay stories about being an emo fag and got flamed so bad he left the site
 
haha i was hobosexual for like 3 months cause of that thread...
that kid fuckthepolice with all his 911 conspiracy threads, he eventually freaked out one day after quinny ranted on him and left. that kid was a legit psycho, i wonder if he killed himself.

whenever anyone has these remember when threads the two things i think of without fail are FARP and Bryan Gallant's death disaster video. he bailed so hard and everyone flamed him so bad, but he had balls for trying that in a comp no less.

if you don't have "donator status" you can't see it, but that meant a lot more when ns needed donations for a new server and stuff like that.
