Official map trading thread

One of my homies had a badass wall filled with maps from different resorts. I think it would be cool to have a thread where we can trade maps from our local resorts with other people. All it costs is shipping, which can probably just go in standard envelopes with stamps. Plus it's super easy to just grab a pocketful of maps when you go up.

Within the next few weeks I'll have shit ton of Sierra at Tahoe, Northstar and Boreal maps if anyone wants to trade.
 
got a 10/10 PSA graded Killington rare holo from the base set up for trade.

Isn't the point to get ones from mountains you go to? Don't do it anyway but why would people want one's from random mountains.

Idk, maybe I'm just weird and lame.
 
I wish you posted this thread a few months ago. When I checked my stash I realized I had tossed a ton of maps recently. I had so many before.

Now the only ones I could trade are Kirkwood 13/14, Telluride 14/15, Crested Butte 14/15, Vail 13/14, Aspen Snowmass 07/08, Moonlight Basin 09/10.

I have maps from Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida (Biking), Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Utah, Vermont, West Virgina, and Wyoming.

I haven't even put a dent in my quest for 50 states. I would take maps that are of biking trails as well for states like Florida who don't have mountains.

I agree. But I don't think I will be able to get them from all 50 as quickly as I would like.

I want to put together something like this,

But with trail maps from each state. I don't even know if it is going to come out good.
 
That could be sweet. Unfortunately the colors might not look as good with them all being white. A nice permanent marker border should fix that though. What are you plans for states that don't have skiing?

Ideally, mountain bike or hiking trails. Those are the ones I want to be sure Ive been on before I make it.

Good idea on the sharpie, didnt think of that.

Word that makes sense. And for sure. Just figure all the white background with mountains and trail maps against each other might not pop like that beer map did.

If you want maps from Steven's Pass, Crystal Mountain, or even Snoqualmie(lol) in Washington State I could send you some in the mail

Yea, ideally I can get the name/logo of the mountain on the map when I crop them.
