I'm 6' on the dot. Pretty skinny. Since you're in this thread I assume you're talking about the chambreezys/savings and loan? I got a large chambreezy and it's the best fitting piece of jiberish I have. Definitely a more traditional streetwear fit on the taller side. For length, it goes to the upper thigh and just covers the ass. I don't have a pic though.
