Damn. I'm not even close to being done with school and were talking about a clothing line that is going to drop after school ends, after summer, and when i go back to school. jeez
 
Damn, selvedge denim. Looks like Jiberish is really trying to move into the streetwear side of clothing. They're going to start appearing on the same list as Supreme, The Hundreds, Diamond and such. I'm excited.
 
shit i read so much of that 2nd drop thread and didn't find anything about it. oh well

Jokes, but that's an absurd price for Jiberish. I thought $86 was high. Definetely won't be getting the back to school denim.
 
jiberish is going to lose alot of business upping their prices like this and with their shitty ass ribbing

Disagreed. My aristocrats ribbing is so nice and soft while my on point and bold charcoal crew is hard and rough. Lose ribbing is better for skiing while tight is better for street wear. I'd prefer not to wear my super expensive hoodie and destroy it skiing. that's what tall tees and saga hoodies are made for
 
Your just skinny and want a super tall hoodie that wont look like a potato bag.

I love the new ribbing, feels super good and doesn't ride up.
 
i dont even want it tall. i love the tight ribbing for streetwear and this new line just looks awkward. good for skiing not for streetwear.
 
James you must tell them to take those ridiculous flaps off the back pockets when making the selvedge denim. I've never seen any with pockets like that, and I hope I'll never have to.

Im convinced the only people with an issue with the ribbing expect a 4xl to for some reason still be tight when you way 150lbs. I rock a 2xl regular wear its fine.
 
next year it's gonna be in between this years and last years. if that made sense... and i can't wait
 
exactly this, i like the way jiberish is going with their stuff. maybe a little tighter than it is now, but only a little, maybe like in between this year and last, more on this years side though
 
Naw man they sew this little logo on it makes it so COOL. I cant hate to hard i have a liquid swords i got in a trade. I dont even know what selvedge denim is apparently you guys seem to think its good though. It doesnt even seem close to ski company. I wont be suprised if in ten years the ratio of average people buying jiberish beats the skiers buying it.
 
I did not know either so I checked on google and this is what I found:
Only the finest jeans are made of selvage denim.

Selvage denim is made on old-style shuttle looms rather than modern, projectile looms. In simple terms, this means during the fabric weaving process, the cross-thread goes back and forth as one continuous thread, rather than as individual threads for each cross weave. As a result, selvage denim has a clean edge. Modern, single thread weaving has a frayed edge.

So that would explain the high price of them.
 
I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure Jiberish started out as a streetwear company, not a tall skiing clothing supplier. And I would not be surprised if Jiberish wanted to continue to pursue the streetwear side of their company.
 
selvage is also usually raw denim. so when you wear them you really break them in yourself. so instead of getting fake looking fades done by the jean company, you get fades custom to you.
 
and yes. Jiberish is streetwear. Theyve said it themselves a hundred times, thats what they are going for, not a pure skiing company.
