There are so many great boots in that category now that really unless BC skiing is about the uphill for you I find it hard to justify a true touring boot these days.
Pretty sure the xtd weighs less than the hoji as well.
Peach....with a booster and an intuition for alpine it would be a very good inbounds boot. Stock liner is flimsy....but pretty light and good for touring. I wouldn't want to ski it inbounds all day though. Definitely would replace with an intuition for inbounds.
