anybody else skied them? if you've read about them, everything positive is true. I demoed 184 pures at brighton yesterday and OH MY FUCK. not only can you lay trenches like a fucking racer on the way to the lift, you can hold an edge in literally any condition. from bumps to chop to shitty manmade ice-snow, they fucking SLAY. any type of turn you want to make, you can do with ease. insanely easy to change radius mid turn, and you can carve just as good turns from the backseat as if you were proper forward.

and then there's the weight. These weigh about half of what my new lifes weigh but have a power behind em that is just unbelievable. you pick them up and would expect them to get beat around by shitty conditions but no. they reward good technique with perfect satisfying turns but even if you fuck up they still ski better than anything else. I'm skiing them on saturday in some deep snow and then I'm probably going to buy a pair of the hybrids as soon as I get paid.

who else has ridden them and has as big of a boner for them as I do?

we only have pures though no hybrids this season, but we have 168 174 184 and I have a pair of 190's mounted w/ dyna duke plates and skins if you wish to turn earn on em.

21 actually and I buy my own skis. Come up with a new insult please if you're going to do it at all. I'm just tying to inform you that your advice would be more adhered to if you weren't such a retarded, condescending asshole. Couldn't think of any other way to put it, sorry.
 
just got my limited edition wailer 112rp pure's in and im pumped to ski them! the limited's are in red btw and look absolutely wonderfull
 
i can't decide if people are being sarcastic or if the afterbang comment at the beginning is confusing all the people that actually have no idea what this ski is all about.
 
these are sick and amazingly light, but also have a comical amount of nose rocker. Not to mention they ar 1200 msrp

cool ski, but too specific for me.
 
still haven't gotten a legitimate response as to how they hold up on rails. i'm thinking of getting these for my urban set up but i still have to make sure they're good
 
the best most all around rippingest ski ever is too specific for you? uhhhh

and yes, my top sheets look like shit. I also fuck up the insides of my ankles running so I have an all around keeping my feet apart problem.

I'm sure they would hold up fine for rails/urban, the graphite bases slide nicely on pavement so no more stealing snow from ice rinks! and I'm sure DPS is glad to take your money so scoop a pair.
