OHIO DREAMS. I honestly feel like you can learn more with dubs on water ramps than on a glacier (well, if the bag is set up to the pipe or some bullshit like that).
 
Go to Momentum it's amazing; this will be my fifth summer there. Its great for progression as they have jumps of all sizes including many a step up to safely learn on. They have a plethora of rails and you receive a new coach each day so that you get each coaches strong suits. Whistler village is amazing as are the many afternoon activities which are all lead by pro's which serves as a nice touch. Accommodations are in a nice hotel with hot tub and pool as well as many loft rooms. All your meals are included so you have no concerns and there's also a grocery store 70 ft across form the hotel. You get all the liberty you want, as well.
