Post up the times in your life when you broke bones, providing stories is much appreciated.

1. Wrist - I was being chased by the neighbors dumbass dog on my bike, and proceeded to hit a mailbox.

2. Ankle- Jumped off a roof when i was 13, landed flat, forgot to ninja roll.

3. Lower Vertabrae- Broke my lower back wrestling. This kid threw an illegal slam (cradle slam) on me and compressed my lower spine.

4. Shoulder- I blew up my shoulder on a failed 5 in the halfpipe. Landed on flat ice in the middle and snapped my humerus in half right below the ball, and dislocated my shoulder forward. I ended up getting fixed with 2 screws and 6 months hard therapy.

GO

Wrist- My friends dad fell on me

Thumb- Volleyball

Foot- walking back into shore while surfing, stepped in some rock crevasse thing under water

Nose (2x) - Rugby during a scrum and soccer got an forearm/elbow smash to my dome

Ankle - Soccer got taken out with a dirty tackle

Collarbone - dirt bike crash going too fast into a slick corner

Wrist - Fractured when I use to race GS

also a few fingers and toes

13-broken arm-skiing

14-both legs, back - skiing

16- wrist -skiing

18- knee cap- skiing

hopefully never again...

words of advice, don't go out and kill yourself, take it easy and make skiing last your whole life. most of the kids you see in movies or in x-games (with some exceptions) have somehow managed to get there sponsors or parents to pay for year round skiing (un-obtainable to the wrest of the 99% of us kids who are lucky if the heat is on in the house.)

wrist- took a corner too close while mtn biking when i was 13

collarbone- caught my edge on the lip of a jump switch and landed straight on my chest and head, knocked out instantly. helmet split in half, i'm lucky to not have severe brain damage. WEAR YOUR HELMETS KIDDIES!!

shoulder- not really a break, but tore my labrum longboarding. hit a patch of gravel, lost my balance, put my arm out to get my balance back, RIIPPPP. had surgery in october, should be cleared to ski on friday!!

Jaw & Cheek bone & left front tooth - smashed my face on the concrete. Ouch.
Right Middle Finger - slammed it in a door like a rahtard.
Left Pinkie Finger - playing drunken catch with a football in a hotel parking lot a few nights before my national tournament. smart.
Shattered Right Heel - this was by far the most miserable, painful, punishing experience of my life. I was takin' a footin' run (barefoot waterskiing - 42 mph) and nailed a 2x4 that was floating down the river. It was super water logged, so it was damn near the color of the water. I didn't even see it coming. Suddenly it was like somebody packed dynamite in my heel. My heel was instantly larger than a softball. I couldn't walk/wear shoes for months. Thank god it was summer.

Nose - decade air on a scooter when I was 13, yeah I took those things seriously

Ankle - Landed weird off a drop on my mountain bike and ended up putting all my weight on it

Collar Bone - training some jumps on my bike, guy in front of me stops for a fallen tree. Didn't see it and hit him, went over the bars and it just snapped.

Wrist: Another mountain bike one, shuttling a rocky trail and came into one of the rockgardens way to fast. Hit a rock somewhere that I didn't see and sent me into the air, landing straight on my wrist on another rock.

2 Ribs: Overshot a jump, landed to flat, and got knocked out. That's all I remember.

Finger: Closed it in my car door a few weeks ago.

Finger - Soccer (8 years old)

Foot - Soccer (friend jumped and cleated my foot)

Toe - Running Down stairs

Cheek Bone - Skateboard to the face

Face - Dub front (landed in foam pit and kneed myself in the face)

Elbows - cracked on rails

left wrist: mountain biking, then doctor messed up, second opinion said it now required surgery, ended with a bonegraff from my hip, a screw, and a bolt. 10 months of recovery in casts.

Hip: baseball when I was 15

Right hand: 3 weeks ago skiing, I was about to get nutted so I got my hand down there and took one for the team.

Do teeth count?

I've been pretty fortunate for how much I ski

Broken collarbone- just messing around on a skate rink playing hockey without skates on

Knocked out bottom 4 teeth and chipped my top 2- nose butter to punching myself in the face with my pole. It sucked

Slipped disc in my back jumping off a cliff to flat at opening day at Killington. Still slightly fucked up like 6 years later

Oh yeah, I forgot that I shattered my right big toe, too. I had sweaty hands at the gym and dropped a 45 pound plate right on my big toe. Holy fuck that hurt.

Both wrists at once - Climbed a basketball net pole, hung on the rim, lost grip, fell down to concrete in push up position.

Right wrist - skateboarding: smashed it on a coping in a miniramp

Left Wrist - hockey: some dude cross checked me

Clavicle: 2 days ago I caught edge on some ice build up on a box. went headfirst down on the landing, but moved my head to save my neck. landed on my shoulder

wrist- i was chased by swarm of bees after stepping on their nest and i fell off a wall straight onto my wrists. (then they caught up and stung me)

same wrist second time- catching an edge on a box snowboarding when i was 13

thumb- trying a huge daffy off a tiny jump, ski caught the ground and i flipped onto my face with my thumb under me

Left thumb - Leaned back to dodge a dodgeball fell and snapped it trying to catch myself

Both big toes - Broke one jumping out of a tree and on the way home I had to jump a 7 foot fence and on the way down I realized I can't land on my right toe so I landed only on my left foot and broke that big toe.

collarbone, shoulder, tailbone, hip

none of them were severe displacement breaks, just cracks and splits. the tailbone left nasty scar tissue, though, and took a long time to heal, requiring surgery.

foot - i jumped off this little plastic slide and landed one foot on top of the other.

dislocated and broken shoulder - failed 7 to death

pinky - i was playing football in gym class and didnt catch the ball

both thumbs - failed backflip to knuckle. my still broken pinky showed up in one of the x-rays and confused the doctor haha. it was pretty badass though i ended up having my grad photos taken with a pink and blue cast

-broken left wrist x2- swinging at an inside pitch and playing soccer

- broken right wrist- skiing

-chipped knee- dog ran into me

Broke my Tib-Fib falling off a chairlift when I was 6.

Broken my left wrist twice.

Broken my right wrist once, along with my right arm.

Broken thumb.

Dislocated Big Toe.

Non Bones

Torn Ligament on my right arm, it's pretty sweet, the Ulna isn't attached to the wrist, so it wiggles back and forth.

Cut Tendon on my left thumb, because I was an idiot playing with a knife once.

If any part of my right arm/wrist get broken again, I'll need surgery due to the torn ligament damage...

1. broken growth plate in my ankle... if any of you play basketball in Colorado or the surrounding states you know about the school of mines camp. i just rolled my ankle there was a loud pop... i had to play the rest of the game it fuckin hurt

1. Green sticked my right pinky skating when I was 14. I went to tell my my mom and then passed out from shock due to the fact that my finger was bent about 90 degrees from its normal position

2. Double break of my clavicle and scapula skiing. I popped too hard off of a barrel tap and flailed in the air and I think I must have come down right on my shoulder. I think I was knocked out but I'm not really sure. I just remember trying to do my abc's, getting to H and saying "awe fuck it, I know these."

I skied down to patrol went inside and told them that I think something was wrong with my shoulder. My shoulder was at such a different level than my other shoulder that the guy thought I had dislocated it. He gave 25mcg of fentanyl and we talked about how awesome skiing is and I was all giggly and happy.

I got a very expensive ride home in an ambulance, more drugs and the doctor told me that people only break their scapulas in bad car accidents and usually accompanied by broken ribs.

Later in the week I looked at my helmet and the foam had been compressed about 3/4 of an inch in the spot where my head had hit. Moral of the story, wear your helmet kiddos.

I broke both my collar bones in consecutive seasons back when I used to snowboard.

Left one: nosepress on a box, caught something weird sticking up at the end/still not really sure what happened, but I pitched forward straight onto my shoulder, tried to push myself up, and my arm didn't really work right haha.

Right one: undershot a jump trying to learn 5s, bounced on the knuckle, landed weird on my outstretched hand backwards kinda, and my collar bone decided to snap. I had a rotator cuff injury with that one too.

I also broke my big toe on my right foot when I was little because my sister acidentally knocked over a piano bench onto it.

Age 5: Arm, both bones. I was running around a monument in Mexico and ate shit landing on a sharp concrete thing with my full weight
Age 16: Nose. Pretty sure my buddy broke it driving into me in bball practice. It was never doctor confirmed, but it is slightly crooked now.
Age 17: Clavicle. Switch up on a down rail at PC, caught a sharp new edge and dove into the ice.
