Alright, so were do i start?
At least we have a series on our hands, both teams showing some emotion, lots of hitting and for a while we got to see some actual hockey. Game 4 should be a beauty.
So its 8-1, who gives a shit, in no way does the score reflect the game at all. Last 3 goals mean shit all since Vancouver essentially stopped playing. First goal we break a stick which leads to a goal, second goal goes of Kesler. I'll give you the 3rd and 4th goal and Luongo shoulda saved the fifth.
Thomas also essentially kept the Bruins in this game, Vancouver coulda easily had 4-5 goals in this game.
I expect next game the bounces to even out and the game will be a lot closer again.
Van has to get their PP going again though, looked so sloppy in this series, getting way too fancy, just shoot the fucking puck on some 1-timers.
Now the Rome hit. Yes it was late, no denying that but it should have been 2 min for interference, thats all. It was a clean hit, if you say otherwise you are fucking retarted. Horton had his head down, Rome threw no elbow and didn't even hit him in his head. Horton's injury came from when his head hit the ice and should not have resulted in a game misconduct for Rome. pretty hard to win a game when you are playing with 5 D the entire game.
With that said you hate to see these injuries and huges vibes go out to Horton and wish him the best recovery.
I also found it really funny how Julien says his players would never do what Lapierre did in game 2 then Lucic and Recci come out and do it this game. And people say Van plays dirty and such, i guess the multiple slashes to the back of the legs, the elbows to sedin after the whistle and the punches to the back of burrows head are all clean plays.
Anyway, people are gonna look way to into this game. Last time i checked Van is still up 2-1 in this series and they will respond in game 4. I called it would be a split in Boston and that is whats gonna happen. Then we go home to Vancouver.
