How long until we see a video from these fucks that edits out the part where an occupier hits a cop in the back of the head and only shows the part where the cop retaliates? Then have them piss and moan about their rights

Cops lock people up in cages for having certain types of vegetation. I don't feel bad about someone popping them in back of the head.

Here's the thing. If you don't excuse those Nazi soldiers, then you can't excuse cops. If you do, you have to think about why. An argument could be made that the Nazi soldiers were in a more excusable position. That is, if they didn't comply, they would likely find themselves at the barrel of a gun. However, police officers in the USA know full well what the laws are before they start their job. They are free to quit at anytime without consequence. They choose to enforce those laws. Nobody forces them to become cops. They are responsible for their actions, no matter who makes up the rules.
 
I don't support attacking cops, but I don't feel sorry if they're popped in the head with a drum. If it were a genuine attack, I probably would.

Its because none of them have jobs or anything else to do with their lives. So they say Occupy because as you said, its close to the word occupation. It makes them feel better about themselves even though they are worthless.
 
Are you saying that the voting majority is responsible for the laws? I wasn't comparing cops to Nazi soldiers. I was using that example to better understand his position on how responsibility can be applied, getting a base-line read if you will.
 
lets talk about why that cop got hit in the head in the first place. the protesters, exuse me, "occupiers", were standing in the middle of the street for their protest. thats illegal; you cannot block traffic or directly interfere with anyone else during your protest. so the cops show up to tell the people to get off the street or they will be arrested. they protesters obviously dont like that given that they are pretty self righteous to be protesting their inability to get a job in the first place. so they react violently against the non violent police force and start throwing drums.
 
I'm not arguing that what the protester did was right or supporting the occupy movement in any way. I just don't feel sorry for the cop.

I said that it's an arguable point, not that I believe it. I find it interesting and helpful to look at issues through different perspectives. Remember that what the Nazis did was supported by their laws. That doesn't mean what the Nazis did was right though. Laws are not morality. What they did was completely immoral. I also believe that locking people up for nonviolent crimes, like private use of drugs, is immoral. I don't think we're that much in disagreement, maybe you can tell me where we're not on the same page though.
 
I had a few meetings on one of the top floors in the federal reserve building the past summer..it was very fun being around incredibly successful people and looking down (literally) on these fucking bums in the park looking for handouts

Each human has been given free will to do with it what he pleases. The man that should enforce an unjust law deserves the repercussions that should come his way. People need to challenge the status quo and make it what they want it to be; and those that should opt not to do so should be excluded in whatever progress we the agitators can bring about.

It's time for militant resistance. This nonviolent resistance bullshit isn't working for anyone; and the only citations of it's successful use are in REFORMIST changes: Ghandi, MLK, etc. Reform is no longer an option, and if you think it is, it's time for a reality check. And that check might come rather bloodily.

I don't know why everyone is hating on you because you weren't saying cops commit atrocities at the same level as the Nazis but you were just pointing out the hypocrisy of people who say "they are just doing their job you can't blame the individual cop" because those people wouldn't defend the individual Nazi or member of the Taliban or a soldier of Hamas, and in reality the cops job tends to consist of ignoring your rights and locking non-violent people up in jail.
