Oakley Trouble!

Ok so i ordered some custom crowbars 2 months ago, got the crowbars in about a month, sent them back cuz of a broken rigger and its been 2 months and have no recieved them!!! and it still says "In Process" Anyone else have this trouble or is it just me?!
 
i bought a pair of green retro from them a while back, and the rigger broke so i sent them in and it took them about three months to tell me they didn't have the part and wont have it, so then the gave me a yellow pair, i was so pissed cause i loved the green retro, but the best thing to do is just keep calling them and eventually they will do something, heres the number- (800) 403-7449
