ok so i got a pair of bright blue stockholms and my girlfriend and i could not figure out which way they go. do they work either way. they didn't come with an instruction manual so i don't know which way is up or down. a little help?

There should be more of a V shape on the bottom part....The part for your nose...Judging by the pictures, it shouldnt be to hard to tell if you have em on upside down or not
