Oakley spices 2010

it is called the Splice.

The weird nose acts as a nasal strip that people use to sleep with. The crowbars used to pinch the nose, these open and expand airways. The nose is also different so you have better vision looking down. The frame doesn;t get in the way at all. Ive tried the on, super super comfortable, feels much better than the crowbar.
 
so ya, it looks kind of weird, but they are super functional and oakley is planning on eventually getting away from the crowbar design and making the splice their #1 goggle.
 
^ yea I was never able to wear crowbars because they just hurt my nose and I couldn't breath through them and crap. And with the nose like this you can "sag" your shit a lot lower.
 
they are a tiny bit more money than the crowbar which makes sense, being that they are a better goggle technically speaking. But crowbars win for looks imo
 
I never had a problem with crowbars pinching my nose. Then again, I'm an asian kid wearing normal fit.
 
not really. they have significantly better real estate and are so comfortable. the weight distribution is GOLD. if only they didn't have that stupid nose piece. it's nice though, i can't see anyone getting nose pinch with these.
 
i think i heard garret russel talking about theses he said they were the best goggles he had ever worn i think they look fuckin dope just not 200$s dope
 
also does anyone know if there will be more colors later on? or is this it for colors?? and along with that will they be able to be customized??
