pretty sure im getting some crowbars or splices for X-mas, and i was wondering if it is possible to purchase different coloured outriggers separate? or would i just have to plasti-dip them some how

Look for white riggers in b/s/t and then dye them.

Yup. If you look on the back if them, there's a little tab that you have to press down and they pop right out. I'll snap a photo when I get home
