Oakley Frogskin Question

Alright so basically I have a pair of frogskins (polished black with Ruby iridium) and I would like to take the lenses off and put in a set of fire iridium lenses. so first off I would like to know if anybody has tried it and can confirm that I can do this. and Secondly I would like to know how to do it.

Any help is appreciated, I dont want to break them trying to take out lenses but they would be wicked sweet with fire iridium.

they're oakley's they wont break that easily
wiggle the lens up and down while pulling down on the bottom of the frame, I had to push mine to the side a bit, but they eventually popped out.
WEAR GLOVES, IT IS REALLY EASY TO SCRATCH THE LENSES

It's very easy, but nothing your'e supposed to do all the time.

I have a pair of Gascans that I remove/put back the lenses 3 times a day while doing trainings...
