Oakley dark grey lens?

I want to buy some Oakley Canopy with dark grey lenses. I want just wondering if you can see the eyes of the wearer through the lens? I already read up a bunch on the tint and whatnot but I couldn't find out if you can see through them from the outside.

No you can't really see through them but optically they are not spectacular. They are a fairly basic lense and don't offer mic in the way of contrast. They te great on bluebird days but are a bit flat when it's anything but bright.

Maybe look at the black iridium or even better the prizm black iridium.

Thank you, this helps a lot. I'll look into the iridium lenses, or the prizm.

Fire Iridium is pretty horrible on days with flat light. On sunny days or bright days its great...anything else I personally have never been a fan. Though they look fucking awesome.

I dont mind the Dark grey. On bright days your cant see your eyes but as it getting cloudy then you can see your eyes alil sometimes. Most of the Iridium coatings are the mirror look so you cant see your eyes other then the VR50 pink iridium. The VR50 you can see your eyes alil more but I love this lens for those in between day or darkside days. But the new prizm lens are worth the upgrade and the black iridium rose lens is awesome for everything other then dark storm days.
