I have some and all I can tell you is the difference between the Xl and the 2xl is the waist size.

im 5'11 150 and I kinda feel like the double xl might be like too baggy if thats even possible

I'm 6'.5" 180, here are the 2XL fari pants on me. They are the same fit.
