yea sorry for another sizing thread but my question is pretty specific. I want to order the Air Raid in brown online, cause I cant get it in regular stores over here.

I like it to fit baggy yet i dont want to look like a mushroom. I really like how the jacket fits on Pep in this promopic. The pants are good here too, but baggier would still be fine.

Any ideas to what size he's wearing here? He's 5'9" I myself am 6'0

I'm 6'3 I have xl both jacket and pants, I would probably suggest L for you, pants as well, i think from the large up the length of the pants is the same just the waist size is bigger, so i would go with large pants aswell.
 
actually XL pants wouldn't be a bad idea seeing as they have suspenders anyway... if they're too big, just tighten the suspenders... better safe than sorry
 
Yea that was my initial logic, but if theyre not getting really baggier in XL i might aswell go for the better fit of the L

I wish stores would have a return policy on sizes, so you could return and go a size up or down, and just pay for the extra shipping..
 
im 5'9 and i tryed on the air raid suit in L and the jacket fit big, like the bottom when mid thigh. and the pants in like they were pretty baggy. so for u id say XL
 
Would an M definitely be too small?

I read some threads where someone has an L and the jacket is only a hands length above the knee. He was only 5'8" tho.

Like i said the fit in the pic at the top is perfect for me, not tight but definitely not baggy either.. I like my pants at LEAST this baggy tho.

large and xl jackets are almost identical. when i was buying mine i couldnt tell the difference. im 5'8 and the large fits perfect if you like you stuff baggy, but not xl saga baggy
 
yea it seems a little rolled up indeed. When you were buying yours, did you fit the M aswell?

Maybe theres someone here who's tried on both the M and L and is able to shed light onto the difference.

I just got a lil concerned about getting the right size cause yesterday i was trying on a bonfire jacket and even the M was rather big. Some companies or certain models have really messed up size charts.

 
nope, i only tried on L and XL and they are the same. certainly dont get the medium though, the jacket is supposed to fit a little big. large is the way to go, lemme know if you want some pics of mine

I got both the L and M jacket in my shopping cart right now just waiting to make a decision
 
here ya go. im 5'8 and the bottom of the jacket is 5 inches from the top of my knee. the pants are than ranger pants because for some crazy reason the oakley store in ptld didnt carry the air raid bib

Btw, since you and pep are only one inch apart in height, comparing the fit on the arms I think he's wearing the medium though.
 
i'm 5'7'' and was planning on going with the medium but after seeing those pictures, do you think i should go large?
 
Im 5'10 and have L both. The jkt is long....maybe a little too long for what I like but I just do what pep is doin in the pics. or else I have to pic them up before I hit a jump or anything cuz it restricts my movement a bit. Pants are big too. Good size, I like how they fit but the waist is big and they are long on me. I have the bib straps almost as tight as they go to keep the crotch in the right spot so it doesn't limit my movement.

Hope this helps, if I could do it again I would stick with the sizes I bought.

I think im going for M jacket and L pants. The store im ordering from has a good exchange policy if the items are returned spotless so I can always return it if it turns out too small. I definitely dont want it too long.
