when i ordered 08/09 169cm volkl walls, they processed my order, "shipped" them, and gave me a tracking number to skis which were never shipped.
i contacted them after a couple days asking why they weren't out on the road yet, and they got back to me a few days after that with bad news.
a week after confirming my order, taking my money, and sending me tracking information, I was told they didn't have any 169cm in stock (the site said 7 or 8 in stock in that size)
refund took about 2 weeks from when I sent them money, and I told them after that, they should update their site if they don't have any in stock.
