NYPD officer plotting to eat women

In NYC it's OK to eat women, as long as you don't have larger than a 16 ounce soda with the meal.

I'm sure a good lawyer could talk his way out of it, I'm not convinced he would ever plan on killing her, let alone eating her, just seems like something pretty strange people enjoy fantasizing about.

Even if he is convicted he caused no harm, even though it's fucked up, so I'm not sure how long he'd be away for.
 
One of the women in question was actually an obese cross dresser. In addition to the prison sentence, Mayor Bloomberg is going to have him fined for attempting to eat excessive trans fat.
