Nx 12 jib?

i went to the store to buy px 12 jibs and they gave me the nx 12 jibs. what is difference about them other than the different disign heel piece. does the different heel piece not work as well or is it the same?

basicaly are they just as good?

yeah the px's are supposed to be of a "high Performance" and your Nx's are only a "sport performance" or something like that. It doesn't really matter though. The Din is there and if you only weigh 100 pounds and you want to rock a 12 din you just get ready to tear you mcl, acl, and all of that shit.

The Nx 12 is desgined to release as soon possible. The Px 12 is designed to hold your foot for as long as possible, then pull your foot back into place. If your lighter you'll be fine, the px 12 is for a rider who puts a lot of force on his bindings.

yes, the px is more expensive. if u payed for the px then u got screwed and should bitch about it immediatley. the px is way better.

well i payed $169 canadien for them. i also dont really like the look of them. but i dont have much money to spend, so could i get the look px 12 for cheaper than the jib?

If you can afford the PX12 JIB I would highly recommend it. I consider bindings one of the most important parts of a setup, second only to boots. As has been mentioned, the PX will hold on longer, its got more elastic travel or something like that. If its set at a sane DIN your not going to tear anything, it just gives you the ability to be sketchy and not have to hike back up for your skis. About as legit as it gets, but I guess I'd take the low end Looks (or Rossis if you want to that route) over the low end sollys. Dont get me wrong some of the high end Salomon binders are legit but the low end stuff has a shit reputation and I'll back that up from personal experience. In the end you get what you pay for.
