i went to a regional one in boston my freshman year in high school. it was okay i didnt really learn anything. looks real good on a resume though

i went to one back in high school because our school made captains of teams go to them. It wasn't that bad. You'll have to do some exercises and some other stuff. Ours was an one day thing, I don't know what yours is going to be like. It looks good on applications and resumes.
