Steak sammich. Wheat sammich roll, shaved steak from Hannafords, and American? Cheese, warmed in the oven til the cheese is melted and orgamsic, and then I smother it in steak sauce.

Tomorrow I'm gonna make baked ziti, with 85/15 ground beef and red pepper flakes, or fettuccine with parmesan, garlic butter, broccoli, pine nuts, and lemon juice. Both of them are delicious :)
 
microwaved some meatloaf. also got woken up by my friend's mom saying she had made us brunch. major stoke levels were achieved

 
picked up some chicken breasts, stir fry vegetables (onions, mushrooms, zucchini) and some kung pao sauce

cooked it all up, added some extra crushed red pepper, and black pepper, and served it over romaine lettuce. really tasty

oh shit i actually took a pic...nice. check it out....before the lettuce...

I made a chicken and steak fajita with stirfried peppers and onions.

Also, an egg and salami sandwich on a kaiser this morning.
 
168 lbs. of prime rib, all hand tied and seasoned.

8lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, 1lb of green beans, and 8 sweet potatoes. Pre-made meals ftw!!!
 
Cereal for breakfast at about 11:00, subway sandwich for lunch at about 4:00, then at 8:00 I realized my mom wasn't making dinner, so I had more cereal
 
Take 6 tbsp of dark chocolate morsels put into bowl. put into microwave for 90 seconds. pull out then take 6 tbsp of shredded coconut. mix into chocolate. awesome dessert. basically a mounds bar
 
leftover mashed potatoes with half a onion, a cup of cheese, some seasoning salt and egg, fried up, twas tasty. like dinner hash browns. also cooked a side of wild BC coho.
 
tonight was left overs....

tomorrow will be jalapeno sausage with diced tomatoes, and basil over brown rice. Simple, but delicious.
 
Made Bacon wrapped prawns and each prawn had a sliver of jalapeno. served with grilled onions and peppers put in tortilla. shit was so yummy
 
My threads. I was lazy and went to my parents' house to get a couple free meals today haha. I'll participate tomorrow if I don't go skiing.
 
Leftover pasta from little sisters b-day last night, Seafood Linguini with shrimp crab and scallops. Shit was dank.
