NSer sighting?

I was surprised at how many ns users I saw at Loon on Tuesday. THe mountain was practically dead and i saw atleast four people with ns stickers on their helmets or an ns jacket on. Din't really get the time to say anything to them because I was trying tot each my friend to ski.

"Hey do you know how to get to Chads Gap from the bottom of Alta?"

Then, if they are in fact an NSer they would properly respond with:

"Ski Patrol blew it up."

Then you are immediately friends and should shred hard together that day.

Well we ended up hanging with a ton of locals during the gathering, and gave away like half of our sticker reserves and every piece of merch that was left. So I'd hope there's a couple of 'em floating around.

I ski mainly at 3 small mountains near Ottawa. Camp Fortune, Edelweiss and Mont. Cascades. Occasionally I go to St. Sauveur near montreal where I'm sure there are NSers but I don't go frequently enough to start making friends and connections up there. I'm sure there are a couple NSers at Edelwiess since they have a decent park. Maybe i've just been unlucky and I've been doing the callout to the wrong people.

This year ive mostly been skiing at Pakenham (for school) and at bogie a couple of time because i moved to Pembroke for school, but during christmas and reading week we were at fortune, I'll start trying the callout more often there.

Some history for you:

Matt Harvey founded Newschoolers in his bedroom in Ottawa. Skied Edelwiess, and that was where the original crew was from.

Newschoolers is now in Montreal. You should hit us up sometime when you're heading to Sauveur and we'll link up.

I will definitely do that, in fact I'm actually planning to head up to Sauveur with my friend who I haven't seen in a couple weeks since he's been in florida. Still arranging dates and stuff but it might be sometime during this week or the week after.
