NS videos not working on my comp...

I'm sure its an issue with my computer, not the NS video section, but whenever i try to watch an NS embedded video the audio plays without a hitch, but the video is very distorted, almost as if it is very pixelated and you are watching it through a rainy window with a little bit of green tint thrown in. I have also noticed this on some, not all, non-hd vimeo embeds. I have never experienced this on youtube or on hd vimeo videos.

Just curious what some of you might think the problem is
