NS video link from FB/IG not working

I've posted a video yesterday and shared it on FB and IG, but when I click the link I get this message "Error loading file : Media could not be played". My girlfriend says it does the same for her. It seems to only happen to videos uploaded on the NS player.

Anyone know what's up with this?

This is a know issue and a big PITA because its nearly impossible to replicate and we're still working on solutions for a fix. But, the problem isn't unique to your video, so people can still watch it and it will still work for others.

Can you give us some info about the device you had issues on? OS and browser or app?

Android and it's only when I click on a link from IG or FB. If I'm on the app or if I go on Chrome, it works fine.

My friend who has an Iphone said everything worked fine

I think we just figured out what was causing this, and fixed it.

keep your eye on it though and post up here if you see even the slightest issue looking like this happening again.
