with the 40% off, thats what the MSRP should be. what makes this stuff worth the $400~ when i could get TNF/Oakley/Orage/Obermeyer for half that?

holy markups! Do you think we are dumb?!?!? What the actual fuck!? $699 for a shell? Even with 40% off that is a horrible deal...

Hi guys,

Thanks for your feedback.

It’s been our first year getting into outerwear and we've worked hard to create the best designed & built gear without losing focus on functionality, style and fit.

There will always be a cheaper alternative but we believe in our outerwear 100%, so do our team riders, park staff or big mountain guides who use our gear everyday.

We’ll happily refund you if you don’t feel the same way.

curious as to what makes them several hundred dollars more than a similar north face or oakley?

I haven't seen these in person...but my guess is their high end jacket that's $700 is as high quality as any other Arcteryx jacket around that price.

Knowing Faction though, and the fact that they're made in Europe makes me believe it will be worth every penny. It's quite obvious they stand by their product and are 100% committed to your satisfaction as a customer - something I'd fully support!

Your jackets START at $350 for a 10K/10K shell with no features that set it apart from the crowd? How on earth do you justify your prices???

$700 for a shell is kinda ridiculous. I live in the Midwest and half the time I'm skiing it is 10 degrees or below. I don't want to wear 3 layers beneath my jacket, especially when I can buy a good warm waterproof jacket for $400-$500 bucks, so why would I pay an extra $200 to be cold and look like a tank when I ski down the hill from all the extra layers?
