well i paint controllers... i have vinyl cutter so i make the ns making otu of it.. and paint.. ive sold other controllers.. and i make consoles

Thats not really how it is. Hes not making a website called NS, he is making controllers selling his own skill with something someone here would be interested in. I think its cool. I own my own business and I got shit for doing things wrong, and I learned new ways and how to work with other people and its been great, this is just a small hurdle for him. Assholes like you guys are a dime a dozen. Everyone always says "your a dipshit good luck" Ironically the people you say that to wouldnt say it to you if you had an idea. SO really he isnt competing with NS in any fashion since its a product they arent gunna make either way. Offensive? Not really. What have you done thats so great that you can cut him down? I like seeing young people trying to do something different man. I also think Bishop would handle this in a mature manner that was nice and forgiving if he even cared, he would probably ask politely not to do it.
 
It doesn't matter, the point is that if the logo isn't yours and you haven't recieved permission to use it then you can't! Look if the kid wants to spread his stoke on NS' logo by putting it on some controllers, great but if you try to sell it then it becomes illegal

No one is trying to kill the kid's idea but there is a certain way you have to go about things
 
anyways, in all seriousness if this is a value added business of modding ps3 controllers, then the value added needs to be at least not owned by someone else. Just mod them with your own artwork, or ask the good people who do the brand policing at sportnet.
