Hey NS lets see you unite! So, I commercially fish during the summer and long story short, these guys straight stole 3 grand from us this past week. They're simply refusing to pay, and they're essentially just fucking assholes. Please write a scathing review (found bones in fish, rude staff, too expensive for shitty quality) and give them a one star rating. Thank you soooo much in advance!

I don't believe they stole three grand. If they did you would have called the cops and this entire thread would be pointless. Sounds like you guys fucked yourselves over and gave away three thousand dollars of fish.

Brought him 600 lbs of striped bass which was going for 4.50/lb at the time. We sold to him on and off for the past 6 years and he never gave us a receipt before. Then this year we didn't sell to him for a few days and he got all fucking butt hurt and started asking for receipts before payment. Now he's pretending like we never gave him fish. Audits are already in the works, it would be great if you could write a review that did not directly involve me too!
 
I'm still confused. Receipts of what? You deliver fish, he writes check, you give him receipt and retain a copy for yourself. That's how you (and the entire rest of the world) conduct business, correct?
 
No, the fishing industry is different. They bring the fish to Boston and sell it wholesale and based on the price that they receive, they give us a check a day/week later or whatever. Now the guy's saying that we were never there but he weighed in the fish personally.

Thanks for your input, how long have you been commercially fishing for? There's a dozen buyers you idiot. We didn't fuck with them at all, just went somewhere else like every other fisherman does and they got all pissed off.
