NS members need to focus a little more on their grammar skills

Hahaha yep this is the biggest pet peeve of mine. Seriously, how hard is it to hit a shift key, or know how to use the english language? Using correct grammar and spelling isn't exclusive to school. If I were an employer I'd rather hire someone who can use the english language and display that they learned and applied something from school, rather than someone who fails to grasp simple rules of language. The school excuse just shows that the person sees school as a chore that doesn't apply to life.
