I dont know if it is or not, but im ripped out of my mind right now and zoned into the op's icon while some kascade music was blasting on the radio...needless to say it was fucking insane
 
no this is not illegal schools can do whatever the fuck they want. so they do...and if you live anywhere near saratoga springs ny i believe this.
 
YES, under the 4th they can't do that...they can get in trouble legally....if you had said no and they did it any way......and all you had to do is say no you cant.

It's a private establishment, also at event's you can lose your 4th by entering, for example most sports game you give security the right to search you.
 
your rights are pretty much all taken away from you the second you step on campus, or the second you step on a site being used for a school activity. sounds really stupid, but definitely legal.
 
oh shit you're right those papers fuck you I never used to get them signed and used to let it drag and get bitched at all the time
 
im not 100 percent sure but you may be able to get some settlement on that people have gotten it for less, but then again, not sure
 
keyword private school. if it were public then they would have to get parental permission to do that. but because you signed a contract to go there, they do have a certain right perform those types of actions.
