NS, I need your drug informed help

So I'm getting my license next week (a little late, I'm 17) and my mom says that I'm getting a urine and blood test for drugs, cause it lowers insurance rates, and I wasnt that worried, cause Ive been clean for a couple months now, so I dont need to worry about any drugs showing up. But then I ask her why do I need a blood test, I hate needles. She says its for other drugs like hallucinagens and nicotine. This changes things, cause this weekend I smoked some cigars, and inhaled, and I dont know how long nicotine stays in your system.

So here are my questions:

how long does nicotine stay in your system, and

2- do you think Id get away with saying second hand smoke?
 
First off, there is NOTHING illegal about having Nicotene in your system and if your mom thinks there is, she is wrong. it's laughable to think that an insurance company would make your rates higher because you.... SMOKE TOBACCO!!!!!! Life insuarance, yes, but car insurance, fuck no. You're set.
 
It's your body, you shouldn't have to submit to any such test. Sounds like a load of bullshit,

Tell your Mom not to buy insurance from Nazi's...
 
if the test is next week, i think youll be fine

my friend gets tobacco piss tests and if your not a heavy user you should clean 1-2 days, or so ive been told. and, by next week, if anything shows up, just say second hand
 
she isnt testing me because of the tobacco, I dont mind getting tested, especially cause it will give good insurance discounts. Its just I dont feel like being caught for smoking in the process
 
they wont make it higher than normal cause of tobbacco, they will make it cheaper than normal because I will be clean of drugs and stuff, it has nothing to do with legality, its like good grade discounts, its not illegal to have bad grades, but having good grades will get you a discount
 
take the blood test and then when they give you the cup to piss in, just rub one out- they will flip out if you walk out and give them a cup o' jizz.
 
If your mom has a problem with you smoking cigars, just tell her be glad there's not anything else on the test.
 
i dont know man, fuck it anyway, dont fuck with cigars, ciggs, or any kind of nicotine man. and thats comming from a smoker. i say your fine if its in a couple days, like 5 days from when you puff'd and thats with a good 100% garuntee cushion.
 
how ling is your hair? a lot of drug tests are hair samples these days. if you do any drugs it will show up in your hair, so if you've been growing your hair for like 2 years then whatever drugs you did two years ago will show up in the test.

just a head's up.
 
thats not right...

they test like the part of your hair that is in your skin so it doesnt matter if you get it cut or not...

unless you pull out all of your hair, because that would work...
 
weve got a pretty fucked up system when consuming certain things without harming anyone else is detrimental to our personal well being. you are not a statistic, so dont act like one.

i havent heard of any urine analyses or blood tests that actually include nicotine, and i have never heard any statistic about how nicotine impairs your ability to drive so if i were you i wouldnt stress. Definatly claim second hand smoke if it gets brought up.
