Ns help with court tomorrow

Okay so the story goes like this.
Im headed home from working at my local mountain this past winter and pass a cop who has someone pulled over. I break and move over as far as i can (like tires on the dub yellow) but there are cars in the other lane so i couldnt move over all the way. He catches up to me like 10 miles later and says i endangered his life. he said that i made his cruiser shake like i was going to hit it... i drive a jetta and he even clocked me going 1 mile under the speed limit.
But the thing is this cop was a dick to me. A week before this i had a house fire the night my parents were leaving for vacation.. So the officer that responded gave my dad his business card in case he needed anything. My dad asked me to hold on to it for him while he was gone so i put it in my wallet. So when this cop pulled me over and i was finding my license he must have seen that card.
So when he comes back with a ticket, that has no fine listed because its BS in general, he also takes a step forward looks me right in the eye and says "and give me that business card because you shouldnt have it." even after i explained to him why i had it he told me to hand it over.
so the reason im telling this story is because i have the court hearing tomorrow for this.

Im not sure if i should mention that business card ordeal to the judge. I mean the cop was obviously being a duche to me.
And later when my parents found out they called the station and they said that before on my record it said i had run from the police when they flashed their bluies at me and hit at some building then lied to them or some shit which is NOT TRUE, and after talking to the dispatcher they fixed the record. BUT i feel like that influenced the cop to give me that ticket. Im not sure if I should use that in court though.
Any advise at all on how to behave or deal with this at all would be greatly appreciated
+k to all

wait so why do you have a ticket?? sounds like its bullshit if you were going under the speed limit and there was a situation that would cause you to try and drive close but not hitting him...explain the situation to the judge and i think you'll get off no problem

not to case specific, but check out adventures in legal land on youtube. this guy says his methods can get you out of any ticket

No real advice from this guys, just be sure to look presentable ie shirt and tie and clean shaven

Best of luck man

Yea, dressing up is key. It changes everything from speeding tickets to reduced sentences to convicted felons.

haha thanks guys +k
so the ticket doesn't have like a legit name. he said i would have to send it in and they would send me a bill.
so i couldn't do research on the law, since their isnt one technically. its something like reckless endangerment against a police officer. Which i would imagine is a huge ass fine/ license suspension.

and the card thing is just him being a dick to me. like there was no reason for him to take it from me.. so we had to call the station to get a hold of him when they got back for insurance stuff.
but so the question still is, should i mention the card/false record thing to the judge, even though they dont specifically pertain to the traffic violation?

i'd guess that he took the card from you because he didn't want you knowing his name/number since he was giving you a bs ticket.

sounds like the card is completly irrelevant to the situation just makes no sense oh and when making your argument, sound as smart as possibleduring my court hearing for 300 dollars for filming at a plaza in the city(skateboarding)i came in confident that i was innocent and came out that way

theres nothing to contest. what traffic violation did he break? it is illegal for a police officer to pull over a driver when they did commit a traffic violation

hahah and thanks arizona_kid.
those videos are great.
i never thought of it like that, but in traffic cases. its always a conflict of interest. because you can never get a "fair" trial.
the judge represents the state, who is also the party attacking you. BAM

I got a ticket, it had OTHER, checked and something written in it, damn i wish i had it now. but when i went home and looked up NH law it was like endangerment of a police officer.

just tell them that you did what you felt was safe for not only the police officer, but also for yourself and your property..
worst i can foresee is a slap on the hand because some cop thought you were going too fast and powertripped

youre a retard. the only word that starts with b is be. so if i say "be rude, be untruthful, be totally drunk" it could also be the "three b's"?

Yes, definitely bring it up. It can't hurt you at all if you mention it and say it might be reason for the officer to ticket you and that he may have been biased. Also, remember to explain the scenario to the judge as calmly and accurately as you can.

My friends brothers friend got screwed by the cops. He got a MIP and was never told to go into the station to get finger prints done. after a amount of time they issued a search warrant for him and he doesn't have his license. He is going to court with a lawyer. So the moral of the story is to not get fucked by the police. Oh and to maybe call them after to see what you did. (what you did)

This, respectfully tell them that you tried to stay as far away from the cop without endangering your own life. If they don't accept that as an excuse the world will end right then and there.

find a friend's parent who is a lawyer and have them go with you. taking a lawyer makes a huge difference. Just the respect level between a judge and a lawyer is much higher than between a judge and a kid. It sounds like a BS ticket but a lawyer will be able to explain the situation much more clearly and confidently than you will.

This!

But really justdeg tell the judge whats up. But be very nice about everyything. Don't just go freaking out and slamming the police for, since many judges used to be cops or have good relationships with cops.

He was just being a dick when he took the business card from you. There isn't anything illegal or bad about have a cops business card in your wallet. It probably wouldn't be worth mentioning in court though. Chances are the court you will be in will be a tiny room with a judge and 40 other people waiting behind you.

it is very rare and unlikely to beat the law on your own.

you should of gotten a lawyer months ago if you are really worried about this.. good luck kid.

if the card has nothing to do with the ticket leave it out you'll just look like a kid saying omg he was so mean. if it has something to do with the case say something

I'm confused why you gave him the business card. If he asked you to give him your kidney, would you do that too?

you sir are a fucking moron, i probably wont be the first to quote you by the time i type this, do you value your kidney as much as a business card, sarcastic noob.

This kid clearly got bullied into giving up the business card that belonged to his dad. If he's this much of a push-over, who's to say he can't be bullied into giving away more valuable belongings?
