So I got around to thinking earlier after going through all of the threads that kids are selling.
I've noticed a real difference on the style things are being sold on here now all the time. It seems every kid is over pricing their stuff to the max. Back a few years ago it wasn't like that. Everybody was hooking eachother up on stuff that they had and nobody was using it as a marketplace to make maximum profit off other skiers.
Like why are kids charging 500+ for skis? Like nobody is getting that good of a deal anymore. I remember hoodies were like 20-30 bucks. Skis and boots were in the 100-200 range, nick nacks like hats and gloves and sunglasses were pretty cheap.
Do we have a new generation of NS members on here that are trying to kill everybody with prices. You never see that many giant sales anymore too. Like I remember always having huge sale back in the day where I would sell like 15+ Items. Now all trend is selling one thing and then making another to sell a different thing.
I really wish we would go back to the whole idea of hooking up another skier with some good deals. I'm planning on having a sale tomorrow so hopefully I start a new trend where it's cool to give out good deals and maybe just maybe others will start to do the same.
