NS app?

I think newschoolers should make an app, everyone has a smart phone and im sure at least half use it for this site on occasion. Does anyone else agree? maybe just like something that can launch the site?

it has been talked about. not sure if there are any plans for it or not, but the mobile site is pretty solid in my opinion. at leaft for what i use it for

Yep went on the mobile site for the first time in a while, and tht eimporvements which have been made are definately for the better. Most of the old bugs seem to have been solved.

I agree guys. But im thinking just like an app thing that can launch the site, like a shortcut. It just takes forever to get to the site, get logged in and actually use it IMO.

Sometimes, I'll just keep myself logged in on my mobile to avoid this pitfall.

Not the most secure option, but hey, it works.

I do that, but it re opens the tab and i have to re log in

I wish they would add a feature where you could see your profile photos and be able to directly upload photos from your phone

the mobile site is good for sure, but an app would be really nice to have. I remember the old app though that was pretty brutal.

when you go on the sight on your ipod, at the botton the is a square with an arrow going out of it, hit that, then click, 'add to home screen' and that working for me. it just takes you to the sight, its like a short cut

they used to have an app for it that you had to pay for but they got rid of that and i guess got this new one

It would help a lot but the app would just make everything easier especially on a phone
