Notify when some one replies to your thread PLEASE!

that would indeed be fine and dandy; however, you could just simply go into your created threads or the forum your thread was created on and check it
 
you are notified in your my threads when your thread or a thread you are commenting on has been posted in I think that is good enough and you should just deal with checking every 5 minutes. It is the way of NS life...
